怪怪　金管會態度丕變：支持金融營業稅

金管會晚間發布新聞稿，表示對於財政部調高金融營業稅從2%到5%，呼籲金融業要支持政府的「財政健全方案」，並請財政部在政府財政相對穩健後，優先檢討金融營業稅。

這也是過去金管會強力反對調高金融營業稅後，首度出現態度大轉變。

金管會認為，過去亞洲金融危機時，政府同意修法將營業稅從5%降到2%，更成立金融重建基金，政府先後投入2875億元經費協助處理問題金融，已顯示政府強力支持金融業。

現在金管會也已開放金融業多項業務和投資管道，如人民幣相關業務，讓金融業已有更大發展空間。（廖珮君／台北報導）
