好點子鑑價　先等半個月再說

台灣金服今日正式受理文創鑑價服務，不過受到從未評估過相關案件影響，再好的點子都至少要花10到20個工作天才能完成評價，文創業者嘆：「好點子要禁得起時間考驗才行」。

台灣金服表示開辦初期將優先接受影、視、音相關業者委託評價，委託人可上金服網站(http://www.tfasc.com.tw">www.tfasc.com.tw)了解辦理評價需提供的文件，評估結果可提供金融機構參考。

金服董事長吳英花表示，包括文創公司基本資料、已完成作品說明、或說明計畫標的、大綱、執行規劃與期程、競爭力、財務規劃、行銷推廣、預估收入等計畫書，都有利文創鑑價。
